WELCOME TO CARRIE'S PILATES
Pilates is for all age groups regardless of current physical condition. Whether an athlete or new to fitness, or somewhere in between, we can all benefit from a stronger core and a more balanced body.
I teach Pilates from my home studio using the Reformer, Vertical Tower, Wunda Chair and other small equipment. Suitable for beginners and improvers, or for those recovering from an injury or illness. I look forward to helping you meet your fitness goals, what ever they may be.
Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, Pilates is a series of exercises to develop physical strength, coordination, flexibility and joint mobility, as well as reducing stress, improving mental focus and creating a sense of well being.
